All individuals using our services must be aged 18 or over, or acting with the capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of a Resident.

Tung Blossom provides non-medical residential care services for elderly people in Hong Kong. Our services are not a substitute for medical, nursing, or clinical care. We do not employ registered nurses, doctors, or clinical staff. Our team provides companionship, daily living support, and structured activities.

We reserve the right to update service descriptions and pricing. Current pricing is always confirmed in writing prior to any service commencement.

4. Enquiries and Website Use

Use of our website is permitted for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse our website or contact form. By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge that we will use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We aim to respond to all website enquiries within two business days.

Admission to any of our residential or programme services is subject to:

Tung Blossom reserves the right to decline admission where our services are not suited to the individual's care requirements.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Payment is due as follows:

Fees are subject to annual review. Any changes to fees will be communicated to families with a minimum of one month's written notice.

7. Notice and Termination

Either party may terminate a residential service agreement by providing one calendar month's written notice. For the Seasonal Three-Week Stay, cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund; cancellations within 14 days of the start date may be subject to a partial charge.

Tung Blossom may terminate a service agreement with immediate effect if the Resident's care needs exceed what our non-medical services can appropriately support. In such circumstances, we will work with the family to identify a more suitable arrangement.

8. Responsibility and Disclaimers

Tung Blossom provides non-medical residential care. We do not provide and cannot be held responsible for medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical treatment. We strongly encourage families to ensure that Residents have access to their own medical practitioners for any health concerns.

We take reasonable care to provide a safe and comfortable environment. However, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or incidents that are not caused by our negligence.

Our website is provided for general information purposes. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free of error.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Tung Blossom or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Tung Blossom's liability in connection with the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question during the period giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.
